This role demands a blend of strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, team leadership, and an understanding of emerging technologies like AI in creative workflows.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end creative development across campaigns (digital, print, film, and integrated). Drive innovative, insight-led concepts tailored to healthcare, pharma, and wellness audiences. Collaborate closely with strategy, servicing, and medical teams to ensure accuracy and impact. Mentor and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and junior creatives. Ensure high-quality creative output aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. IntegrateAI tools and platformsinto ideation, content creation, and workflow optimization. Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients. Stay updated with industry trends, especially in health communication and digital innovation.Key Requirements 6–15 years of experience in a creative role within an agency setup. Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, preferably inhealthcare, pharma, or wellness brands . Prior experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects. Understanding ofmedical communication, regulatory nuances , and patient-centric storytelling. Working knowledge ofAI tools (e.g., generative AI, content automation, design tools)and their application in creative processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience working on global healthcare brands. Exposure to digital-first and omnichannel campaigns.
