This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating with senior designers to bring creative concepts to life.Key Responsibilities:Visual Asset Creation: Design engaging visual assets including social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content. Concept & Layout Development: Assist in developing creative concepts, layouts, and branding materials in collaboration with senior designers and creative leads. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. File Preparation: Prepare and optimize design files for both print and digital formats, ensuring correct resolution, dimensions, and file specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to execute projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Revisions & Iterations: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs accordingly. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field 0–2 years of experience (internships/freelance included) Basic portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or professional) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Basic knowledge of print production and digital design standards Exposure to branding and social media design
