Experience: 2–3 YearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of agency experience who can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality creatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to multiple brand styles.This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects, manage timelines, and deliver creatives with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, ads, and marketing collaterals - Develop static and motion-based content using Adobe tools - Execute strong image manipulation and retouching when required - Maintain brand consistency across different platforms - Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers - Work on multiple brands and meet tight deadlines - Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver revised creatives on timeRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Midjourney. - Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy - Solid image manipulation and retouching skills - Basic motion design understanding - Ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyWhat We’re Looking For:- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and motion work - Good communication skills - Detail-oriented and deadline-driven - Comfortable working in a collaborative agency setup
