As pioneers in the events, exhibitions, activations, television, PR, and digital space, Wizcraft has played a defining role in shaping the event management industry in India.About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Head of Design to lead the creative and spatial design vision behind large-scale experiential events, global entertainment productions, brand activations, and immersive audience environments.This role will drive the design philosophy and visual storytelling across experiential projects including corporate events, award shows, entertainment IPs, exhibitions, and brand experiences. The Head of Design will translate creative concepts into visually compelling environments through stage design, spatial storytelling, multimedia integration, and immersive experience design.The ideal candidate combines design excellence, experiential storytelling, emerging technology awareness, and leadership capability to deliver world-class visual experiences that captivate audiences and elevate ResponsibilitiesDesign LeadershipLead the overall design vision and visual identity for experiential campaigns, large-scale events, and entertainment productions.Translate strategic concepts into compelling spatial, stage, and visual environments.Establish design standards and creative direction across projects.Experience & Spatial DesignConceptualize immersive stage designs, installations, and experiential environments.Develop spatial storytelling that integrates architecture, lighting, digital media, and stagecraft.Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and excellence in execution.Creative CollaborationPartner with strategy, creative, and client servicing teams to develop visually powerful experiential concepts.Guide multidisciplinary teams including set designers, 3D artists, motion designers, lighting designers, and production specialists.Ensure design integrity from concept through execution.Pitch & Concept DevelopmentLead visual design for major pitches and proposals.Create compelling visualizations, mood boards, and experience narratives that strengthen client presentations.Support business development teams in winning new projects.Innovation & Design TrendsTrack global trends in experiential design, stagecraft, immersive environments, and live entertainment.Introduce new creative formats including projection mapping, interactive environments, digital installations, and multimedia experiences.Elevate the organization’s design reputation within the experiential industry.AI & Emerging Technology CapabilityStrong familiarity with AI tools and technologies transforming design workflows and creative ideation.Ability to use AI tools for concept visualization, rapid prototyping, creative exploration, and design inspiration.Understanding of how AI, immersive technologies, projection mapping, AR/VR, XR stages, and generative design enhance experiential environments.Champion adoption of AI-assisted creative tools within design teams to accelerate ideation and visual development.Scale of Productions ManagedThe ideal candidate should have experience designing and delivering large-scale productions such as:Global award shows, entertainment properties, and large televised events Stadium-scale concerts and festivalsLarge corporate conventions and product launchesHigh-budget brand activations and experiential marketing campaignsInternational exhibitions, pavilions, and immersive installationsExperience managing design for productions ranging from ₹20 Cr to ₹200+ Cr scale will be, highly valued.Technical Design CapabilitiesStrong technical understanding of experiential production including:Stage architecture and scenic designLighting design and show integrationProjection mapping and large LED environmentsInteractive installations and digital environmentsImmersive spatial environments and experiential architectureCollaboration with technical production, engineering, and
