The role involves designing creative collaterals, producing motion graphics, and supporting digital communication initiatives across platforms including intranet and social media.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging creatives for intranet and internal communication. Design impactful social media posts aligned with brand guidelines. Develop clear and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations. Create on-brand designs using Canva for quick turnaround needs. Use AI tools for content ideation, design support, and copywriting. Maintain and organize a structured archive of photos, videos, and creative assets. Integrate After Effects workflows with Premiere Pro and other Adobe tools for seamless production.Apply visual effects, tracking, masking, and compositing techniques to enhance video quality.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong graphic design and visual storytelling skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and basic design tools Understanding of social media trends and content formats Familiarity with AI-powered content/design tools Good organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred QualificationsDegree or certification in Multimedia Design or related field Experience in Corporate Communications, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry Key AttributesCreative thinker with a proactive approach Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
