This role is ideal for someone currently operating as aGroup Copy Head, Senior Copy Lead, or Creative Lead , ready to shape campaigns, mentor talent, and drive creative excellence across brands. You will lead copy and creative teams to deliverinnovative, culturally relevant, and business-impacting campaignsacross digital, social, content, and integrated platforms for leading brands.Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership Lead and inspire a team of copywriters and creatives to produce outstanding, award-worthy work. Own creative output across multiple brands, ensuring high standards of craft and originality. Drive the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, film, and emerging platforms. Ensure ideas are platform-first, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand strategy. Campaign Development Lead creative thinking from brief to execution across key campaigns and brand initiatives. Develop breakthrough campaign platforms, big ideas, and creative territories. Collaborate closely with art, design, strategy, and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders and clients. Team Management & Mentorship Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing copy and creative teams. Provide constructive feedback to improve craft and conceptual thinking. Build a strong creative culture that encourages experimentation and excellence. Ensure efficient workload management and team productivity. Strategic & Brand Ownership Partner with strategy teams to translate brand and business objectives into compelling creative solutions. Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across all brand touchpoints. Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.Required Qualifications & Experience 6–9 years of copy experience indigital-first or integrated advertising agencies . Proven experience managing and leadinglarge copy or creative teams . Strong portfolio demonstratingaward-winning or award-worthy work . Demonstrated experience leading campaigns forlarge, well-known brands . Expertise acrossdigital, social, integrated, and content-led campaigns . Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Preferred Experience Experience working on national or global brands. Recognition at major award shows (Cannes Lions, One Show, Spikes Asia, Kyoorius, Effies, D&AD, etc.). Experience leading integrated brand platforms and large-scale campaigns.
