This is ahigh-impact rolewhere you will drive projects fromconcept through execution , working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver technically robust and design-led outcomes. Role Overview As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of thetechnical design, coordination, and executionof complex mixed-use projects. You will play a key role intranslating design intent into buildable solutions , while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Leadtechnical design and deliveryacross all project stages Manageend-to-end project lifecyclefrom concept to completion Coordinate withclients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Drivedesign development, documentation, and construction detailing Ensure compliance withlocal regulations, codes, and standards Overseesite coordination, RFIs, submittals, and construction progress Providesolutions to complex design and technical challenges Manageproject timelines, budgets, and riskeffectively Supportclient interactions, presentations, and stakeholder communication Mentor and guidejunior team members What We’re Looking For Registered Architectwith 10+ years of experience Strong background incommercial, residential, or mixed-use developments Proven experience intechnical design and project delivery Ability to managemultiple projects and cross-functional teams Strong understanding ofconstruction methods, building systems, and regulations Excellentcommunication, coordination, and leadership skills Proficiency in tools such asRevit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Navisworks, etc. Preferred Experience working onlarge-scale / high-rise projects Exposure tosustainable design practices (LEED / WELL / Net Zero, etc.) Ability to integratedesign, commercial, and execution perspectives Why This Role?
