We’re on a mission to make better snacking accessible and fun, with packaging that reflects our transparency, warmth, and bold personality.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with 4–5 years of experience to lead and execute packaging designs across our product range. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with an understanding of packaging materials, print processes, and brand storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign innovative, consumer-centric packaging aligned with Open Secret’s brand identityDevelop packaging for new product launches and refresh existing SKUsCreate print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendorsEnsure accuracy in layouts, barcodes, regulatory information, and dielinesCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teamsStay updated on packaging trends, materials, and sustainability practicesMaintain consistency across all packaging touchpointsRequirements4–5 years of experience in packaging design (FMCG / food & beverage preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production workflowsExperience working with dielines and print specificationsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesGood to HaveExperience with sustainable or eco-friendly packagingBasic understanding of food labeling regulationsExposure to brand-led or D2C companiesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing, purpose-driven brandCreative ownership and end-to-end involvement in product designCollaborative and entrepreneurial work culture
