Designer — Branding & Communication Design About A&OA&O is a branding and design studio specialising in brand creation, brand transformation, and creative strategy. Our client portfolio includes Singapore Airlines, Tata Group, Bira91, Leela Hotels, Sula Wines, Schwarzkopf, Serum Institute of India, P&G, Axis Bank, Vadilal, Neemans, Superbottoms, Fosters, Panasonic, and more.About the RoleA&O is seeking a Designer — Brand & Packaging with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in branding and packaging design. The ideal candidate will have built their career within a branding or creative agency environment and will bring a demonstrated commitment to craft, precision, and creative rigour.Candidates with majority of professional experience at corporate in-house teams or social media agencies are not being considered for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop brand identities and packaging design systems to a consistently high standard of craft and executionContribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions with ideas grounded in a thorough understanding of brandExecute briefs across brand identity, print, and packaging with close attention to detail at every stage of the processCollaborate effectively with senior designers, receiving and interpreting creative direction with accuracyManage workload across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesProduce work that meets both strategic objectives and the highest standards of visual executionRequired Skills & ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of experience at a branding or creative agency, with a primary focus on brand identity and packaging designA portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft across brand, packaging, and print disciplinesProficiency across the full range of brand and packaging design; from concept development through to final artworkStrong typographic sensibility and a rigorous attention to detail in all aspects of visual executionThe ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple briefs simultaneouslyA disciplined, methodical approach to the design process, with a consistent focus on quality of outputImportant Note on FitA&O's primary focus is branding. Candidates whose experience has been concentrated in social media, motion design, or in-house corporate creative roles are unlikely to find the transition to a pure-play branding studio straightforward.
