Senior Art Director

We are seeking a Senior Art Director to join our user interface team within the technology function. The Senior Art Director will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative user interface designs for digital products and services. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs align with business objectives and user needs. They will lead the UI design process, from ideation to implementation, and ensure that the designs are accessible, user-friendly, and visually appealing.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the UI design system for digital products and servicesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactionsCollaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure design solutions align with business objectives and user needsConduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design solutionsEnsure that designs are accessible, comply with web standards, and are optimized for performanceManage and mentor junior UI designers to ensure consistent and high-quality design outputStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into design solutionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field4-5 years of experience in UI design for digital products and servicesProficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExperience working in an agile development environmentAbility to manage and mentor junior team membersExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsPreferred:Experience working in an agency environment on UI related projectsExperience working with Adobe Creative Suite softwaresExperience leading a team of 3-5 visualizersThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
