We do not discriminate onthe basis of caste, race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital or disability status.What will you be responsible for:• Product Vision: Shape and drive the overall product design vision for your productcategory, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.• Design Leadership: Provide design leadership and mentorship to the product designteam, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.• End-to-End Design: Lead end-to-end design processes, from ideation and conceptdevelopment to detailed interaction and visual design, ensuring a seamless anddelightful user experience.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to bring design concepts tolife and ensure successful product launches.• User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gatherfeedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring a user-centric approach throughoutthe product development lifecycle.• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems,ensuring consistency and scalability across products and features.• Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emergingtechnologies to continuously improve and innovate our product design processes.Therefore, you should have:• Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience as a senior product designer with astrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and successful productlaunches depicting growth in the business and improvement in its UX.• Design Expertise: Proficiency in product metrics, user-centered design principles(especially for native and web apps), information architecture, interaction design, andpixel-perfect UI design.• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, fostering acollaborative and inclusive environment. Have the EQ to handle conflicts.• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complexideas into intuitive and effective design solutions. Ability to hustle and get fastoutcomes while navigating ambiguity.• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Figma and a fair understanding of frontenddevelopment technologies.• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulatedesign decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• User Advocacy: A passion for user advocacy and a deep understanding of userresearch methodologies.• Portfolio: An online portfolio that documents your best work and thinking process (aPDF would do too).
