You’ll be leading design thinking, mentoring creatives, and driving standout visual identities and packaging systems for diverse brands across industries.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute high-impact branding and packaging design projects from concept to final productionTranslate brand strategies into powerful, cohesive visual narrativesOversee and guide a team of designers, providing creative direction and feedbackCollaborate with strategy, copy, and client servicing teams to ensure alignment of creative output with brand goalsPresent work to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidenceStay updated with design and packaging trends, ensuring fresh, forward-thinking outputEnsure design quality, consistency, and hygiene across all deliverablesRequirements:4yrs+ years of relevant experience in design studios, branding agencies, or FMCG/consumer brandsStrong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging projects (both concept and real-world work)Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Deep understanding of print production, materials, and packaging processesExcellent aesthetic sense and attention to detailAbility to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skills
