From the initial sketch to the final output, we help bring designs to life.Enigma Design is looking for an Architect or interior designer who is proficient in AutoCAD drafting for interior projects. Position: BIM Architect or Engineer (Min. 3 years experience)Role Type: Contractual (1 year & extendable)Location: Chembur or Kurla, MumbaiWork Type: Full-Time Work from Office only.Contact: hr@Benefits: Weekends off. ResponsibilitiesCreate interior plans, elevations, sections and details using AutoCAD which clearly outlines architectural and interior design of the projectCreate rendering or 3D views to explain the look and feel of the project using Sketchup, Enscape, Vray.Past experience in drafting joinery drawings and details for interior projects.Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.Proficient in Sheet Layout Composition in paper space and Xref in AutoCAD.QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture or Interior Design3+ years of experience in construction or architecture or Interior DesignStrong organizational, creative and presentation skillsProficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.Knowledge of Revit and ACC is an added advantage.Knowledge of any rendering software like Lumion, Enscape or Vray will be an added advantageBenefits:Weekends offGood opportunity for freelancers who can join immediately for full-time 12-month period.
