Our new platform will enable merchants, brands and partners to seamlessly embed digital financing options across all sales channels: online, telesales, in-store and field-sales, enabling sales associates to drive higher conversion by surfacing actionable digital affordability options to the consumer much higher up the sales funnel. InstaCred 360 will enable Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etcRole Description: As a Product Designer at Flexmoney, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our customers. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from concept development to final implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to make a significant impact and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with teams to conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and iterate designs • Identify new product improvement opportunities based on market needs and consumer preferences • Gather stakeholder requirements, define problem statements, and plan design engagements • Enhance user experience by optimizing content, design, and interaction • Ensure design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product • Prioritize and assess the severity of the problem statement and explore various solution approaches and provide strong recommendationsRequirements: 3-4 years of experience in product design, interaction design, or related fields Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on customer- focused designs Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate ideas clearly Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development Experience in fintech is a plus.Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Flexible work arrangements and a healthy work-life balance Exciting projects and challenges that will inspire and stretch your creativity
