We are currently hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual execution for the WPL and IPL season.This is not a regular design role. This is a live sports war-room where creatives are designed, approved, and published while matches are unfolding in real time.Role: Senior Graphic DesignerYou will work closely with senior writers, video editors, and social media teams to create high-impact, match-driven visuals across platforms during live games.Your responsibilities include:- Designing real-time match creatives, scorecards, and moment-based visuals - Creating social media posts, carousels, reel covers, and quick-turnaround graphics - Leading visual quality, consistency, and brand alignment for Amul sports content - Adapting designs instantly based on live match situations - Coordinating closely with copy and video teams to ensure text–visual sync - Supporting high-volume daily publishing during WPL and IPLSkills & Tools Required:- Strong graphic design fundamentals with sports-first visual sensibility - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva. - Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion / animated elements - Ability to design fast without compromising clarity or brand integrity - Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or live-event content preferred⏱ Working Model (Very Important)- 7 days a week during match periods - Extended hours on match days - Shift-based system to allow weekly offs - On-site only: Interactive Avenues Office, Saki Naka, Mumbai - You must bring your own laptop - Same team continues through the full project (WPL → IPL)This is a live sports production floor.
