The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of New Market Research, technical packs, garment construction, fittings, and production coordination, with experience in uniforms/workwear being an added advantage.Key Responsibilities- Create technical packs for each garment order - Develop new design illustrations and tech packs - Conduct market research and identify new trends/market insights as per company requirements - Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) for samples and production - Supervise sample development and support final product execution - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely deliveryRequired Qualifications & Skills- NIFT (Fashion Design) – Mandatory - Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator - Strong knowledge of garment construction, fittings, and finishing - Basic understanding of embroidery techniques - Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills - Strong attention to detail and quality controlHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resume + portfolio at: [support@/ 7998899229]Subject line: Application – Fashion Designer (Mumbai)
