You combine visual and verbal creativity, and demonstrate the skills to stay organized and calm under pressure. Additionally, you will show impeccable attention to detail and an ability to maintain quality of output while working at a fast, consistent pace.You will be responsible for planning, writing, producing, and publishing social content across various client platforms. You should understand the technology and language of social media, and have a vision of its creative potential. You must also enjoy working with people and be able to communicate clearly to keep daily output in step with the larger vision for the campaigns you’re assigned. You will be expected to communicate with clients, maintaining a strong and friendly relationship during and after the project delivery. You have a passion for all things social media, and have experience with conceptual thinking, copywriting, and client interfacing.Overall, this is an opportunity to work on the best entertainment brands in the world, and learn from highly experienced creatives and strategists. The more you put in, the more you'll get out of your position on the team.Please note this role will be on-site Monday-Friday.What You’ll DoDraft weekly (and monthly) content calendars, including copy and creative assets.Understand the unique voice and tone of a campaign and be able to translate it into concise copy and visuals.Work as part of Ralph's social media team to review and quality check all work before publication, as well as share and divide work efficiently.Manually schedule and post all social content; assume responsibility for the content and response once published. This also includes occasional weekend posting, when necessary.Take lead on running community management for social profiles - engaging old fans and finding new ones, identifying and interacting with influential accounts, as well as flagging and escalating any potential issues.Support Strategists and Senior Strategists on the social team to manage client expectations and track approvals.Propose ideas for engaging, snackable content such as statics, GIFs and short-form video, as well as oversee the creation of those assets.Monitor campaign’s Key Performance Indicators; tracking performance results and  drawing meaningful learnings from these metrics.Take initiative to pitch new ideas for assigned campaigns, and be an active brainstorming partner.Stay aware of developments in social media, current trends and memes, technology updates, and top news stories in the space.Adapt to the evolving social landscape and take on new types of tasks as required.About YouAt least 2 years of experience at an agency or comparable social marketing role. Entertainment experience is a plus!Experience working with cross-functional teams.An excellent understanding of the social media industry and platforms.Have a consistent pulse on trends, pop-culture moments, and all things internet.Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects concurrently. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines.Creativity!You’ll Love Ralph If…You believe that being resourceful means more than just thinking on your feet.
