The ideal candidate would be comfortable working on multiple exciting projects each day. They will partner closely with Mid and Senior Art Directors to create exciting and polished graphics.The Graphic Designer will be adaptable. It’s not always known what a particular project’s journey might look like and every project is different. Being calm under pressure, taking direction well, and staying organized is key.The Graphic Designer must love working as part of a creative team, bouncing ideas off like-minded individuals to find the best creative solutions. They will also have the option to participate in pitch processes and brainstorms touching the more social-driven side of a project. The candidate must be passionate about pop culture, social media, design, and collaboration.What You’ll DoAssist Mid and Sr. Art Directors in creating polished and premium graphics.Create and deliver templatized assets as well as create new templates for projects.Assist in mock designs with the help of Mid and Sr. Art Directors.Have a strong eye for composition, layout, typography, and storytelling. Must show impeccable attention to detail and have an ability to maintain quality of output.Leverage your growing expertise in Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe CC to complete assigned assets efficiently.Collaborate effectively within a supportive team that values growth, open feedback, and continuous learning.Understand the unique voice and tone of a campaign and translate it into applicable visuals.Work with Ralph’s production and social teams to create high-caliber, original, and on-brand content.Research fresh inspiration to create unique styles for various projects.Leverage your skills of being well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and helpful to support the team and achieve your goals.Stay aware of developments in social media, current trends, technological updates, and industry news.Problem-solve independently and stay calm under pressure when working through creative challenges or tight deadlines.Adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on additional tasks as required.About YouBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably on the agency side.Strong portfolio required.Have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe CC.Always open to learning, growing, and taking on new challenges.Eager to learn and grow with the team, must take feedback very well, have a positive and team-player attitude.Mindful of confidentiality when it comes to internal and external communications.You love social media, technology, and entertainment.You’re curious about motion graphics, digital storytelling, and photography.Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Basic understanding of art in technology or art applications.Creativity!You’ll Love Ralph If…You believe that being resourceful means more than just thinking on your feet.
