Our team blends creative design with efficient execution to make great design accessible and seamless for our clients.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who will lead design projects from ideation to execution. This person will work closely with clients, design teams, project managers, and vendors to create innovative, aesthetic, and practical design solutions that align with the Hipcouch brand ethos.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end interior design projects—from client brief to final handover.Translate client needs into creative design concepts, mood boards, and detailed presentations.Develop conceptual layouts, 2D/3D drawings, material boards, and BOQs.Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.Source and specify furniture, finishes, fixtures, and materials in line with budget and design goals.Ensure design quality, and resolve on-site challenges.Mentor junior designers and oversee the design team’s output for quality and consistency.Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies to continually elevate project outcomes.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in an interior design firm or design-build setup.Proven experience in managing high-end residential or commercial projects end-to-end.Strong conceptual, visual, and spatial design abilities.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.Why Join HipcouchWork in a fast-growing design & build environment that values creativity and execution equally.Opportunity to own projects end-to-end and make a visible impact.Collaborate with a passionate, design-driven, and tech-enabled team.Exposure to diverse residential and commercial projects across India.
