We are expanding our retail presence and are looking for a customer-facing Jewellery Designer to support customised jewellery requirements across our Pune stores.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Jewellery Designer who will work full-time at our retail stores, interact directly with customers, and support customised jewellery orders. The role requires frequent travel across Pune stores, especially those with higher gold sales, and close coordination with internal design and manufacturing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers at retail stores to understand customised jewellery requirementsAssist customers with jewellery design consultations and recommendationsCreate quick design concepts and sketches using ProcreateCoordinate quotations, pricing, and order confirmations on the same dayPrepare accurate CAD briefs and provide clear design guidance to manufacturing teamsWork closely with CAD, production, and retail teams to ensure smooth execution from design to deliverySupport store teams in closing high-value gold and customised jewellery ordersEnsure brand standards and professional appearance at all timesRequired SkillsExcellent communication and customer-handling skillsStrong knowledge of gold jewellery and gemstonesAbility to create quick digital sketches (Procreate preferred)Basic understanding of CAD processes and jewellery manufacturingStrong coordination and follow-up skillsExperience & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in jewellery and gemstone designGraduate from a recognised design institute or diploma in jewellery/designExperience in customer-facing or retail jewellery roles is a plusDress CodeFormal attire, as the role involves full-time presence at retail storesWhy Join PalmonasOpportunity to work closely with customers and premium jewelleryExposure to end-to-end jewellery design and manufacturing processDynamic retail and design environmentGrowing D2C and retail brand with learning opportunities
