Role Overview : Nykaa, India's leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform, is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Design Manager/Associate Manager to lead our creative design team. As the Graphic Design Manager at Nykaa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and ensuring the delivery of visually compelling and engaging designs across various marketing channels.Role Description : Creative Direction: Lead the creative design process and provide strategic direction for the visual representation of Nykaa's brand across all platforms, including website, social media, emails, mobile app, and offline marketing materials.Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality designs that align with Nykaa's brand guidelines.Design Conceptualization: Ideate and conceptualize original design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of brand elements, colors, and typography in all design materials to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including banners, social media graphics, promotional materials, packaging designs, and more.Web and Mobile Design: Collaborate with the product and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for the Nykaa website and mobile app.Campaign Execution: Lead design efforts for marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring that all design elements are on-brand and effectively contribute to campaign objectives.Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation and elevate the visual appeal of Nykaa's design assets.Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and meeting project goals.Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements : Professional Experience: 7-11 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership role.Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating visually stunning designs across various mediums.Creative Vision: Strong conceptual and creative skills with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating a creative design team to achieve excellence in design deliverables.Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.Brand Awareness: A deep understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain consistency while adapting designs to different marketing channels.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.Beauty and Wellness Enthusiast: Passion for beauty and wellness trends and the ability to infuse this passion into design concepts.A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.If you are a creative leader with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join the Nykaa team as the Graphic Design Manager.
