Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of print and digital marketing collateral that enhances our brand presence and drives sales inquiries.Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: • Develop creative and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding materials and promotional content.• Design logos, business cards, and other corporate identity materials. Create engaging digital assets for social media platforms (posts, stories, reels), website banners, email newsletters, and online ad campaigns.• Create visual content for presentations and marketing campaigns, Design high impact marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, site hoardings, newspaper ads, and event standees. • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and standards.• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for new project launches and promotional campaigns. • Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and guidelines. • Prepare final artwork for print production and coordinate with vendors. • Perform basic video editing to create short promotional videos, social media reels, and project walkthroughs.Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designer a related field. • Proven graphic design experience of 4-5 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp). • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Excellent visual and spatial design skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and presentation skills • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. • Demonstrable skills in basic video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colour theory, and layout. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in the real estate, architecture, or luxury brand industry is a significant advantage. Interested can send resume hr@
