Goregaon West, Mumbai (In-office)Working Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMAbout UsWe are a house of D2C e-commerce brands operating across India and the USA.Our growth is driven by performance marketing, fast testing, and creative iteration — especially on Meta ads.This role is for our E-commerce Performance Hive.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who wants to learn how performance creatives are actually made — not just aesthetic design.You’ll work closely with media buyers and the creative team to create static Meta ad creatives that are tested, iterated, and scaled based on results.What You’ll DoDesign static performance creatives for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)Create multiple variations & iterations for A/B testingExecute creatives based on hooks, offers, and anglesUse Canva (Pro) for daily design workLeverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, and other image-generation tools for ideation & visualsImprove creatives based on performance feedbackWork in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environmentWhat We’re Looking ForStrong interest in performance marketing & adsComfortable with Canva (mandatory)Curious and hands-on with AI toolsWilling to iterate fast and learn from dataComfortable working in-officeDiscipline > aesthetics mindsetWhat You’ll LearnHow Meta performance creatives actually workHow static ads are tested and scaledHow design impacts CTR, CPC, and conversionsReal exposure to D2C e-commerce advertisingDirect feedback loop from media buyersStipend & GrowthPaid internship (stipend discussed during interview)Performance-based incentives on winning creativesOpportunity to convert to a full-time role (₹25,000+ incentives) based on performance within 2–3 monthsPortfolio (Optional but Preferred)Share any ad creatives or static designs you’ve made(Performance work preferred, but not mandatory)
