The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary and operationally astute Senior Design Studio Director to lead our Architecture studio in Mumbai. This is a strategic leadership role for an architect with 15+ years of experience who bridges the gap between creative excellence and project delivery. You will mentor a diverse team, oversee technical execution, and ensure our design intent is flawlessly executed on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership: Lead the design vision and technical delivery for multiple concurrent projects (Luxury Residential, Commercial, Hospitality) from Concept through to Construction Documentation (GFC) and Site Handover.Site & Project Management: Manage timelines and resources; conduct regular site visits to resolve complex technical issues and ensure construction quality matches architectural drawings.Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of senior and junior architects; conduct performance reviews and upgrade team skills.Client Relations: Serve as the primary face of the firm for key clients and coordinate seamlessly with Structural, MEP, and Landscape consultants.Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Architecture.Education: B.Arch or M.Arch from a reputed institution.Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with site coordination, resolving site queries, and construction administration is mandatory.Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Project Management tools required.
