In our world, design isn't about decoration; it’s a critical tool for clarity, adoption, and execution. Your work will directly impact how farmers, field teams, and partners experience and use our service every day.The RoleWe’re looking for a design-minded problem-solver to own the visual language of our service across all touchpoints—from WhatsApp and field materials to internal tools and dashboards. You will translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, clear, and effective designs used by real people on the ground. This is a hands-on role where good design directly enables better operations.You Will Own & Execute- User-Facing Communication: Design WhatsApp creatives, posters, one-pagers, and explainers for farmers and partners. - Internal Tool Design: Support UI/UX design for internal dashboards, tools, and workflow visualizations to improve team efficiency. - Video & Motion Content: Create short-form videos (reels, explainers, on-ground clips) for training, updates, and engagement. - Deck & Presentation Design: Structure and design clean, persuasive presentations for leadership, partners, and internal teams. - Design System Stewardship: Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and operational assets. - Process Visualization: Translate operational processes into clear visual flows, checklists, and field-ready materials (print + digital).We’re Looking For Someone With- Proficiency in Canva (mandatory). - Working knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX tools. - Comfort with PowerPoint / Google Slides for structured deck creation. - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, iMovie, etc.). - Must-Have Skills & Traits: - Strong visual judgment—an eye for layout, hierarchy, spacing, and clarity. - Fluent in Marathi (mandatory) to ensure designs resonate authentically; comfort in English/Hindi is a plus. - A mindset focused on usability and function over pure aesthetics. - Ability to work collaboratively with ops teams to solve real-world communication challenges.What You’ll Gain- A competitive monthly stipend. - Portfolio-Worthy Work: Create a body of real, shipped work used by thousands in a live environment. - Unique Experience: Hands-on exposure to UI/UX in a complex, service-based marketplace. - High Impact: See your designs directly improve operational efficiency and user understanding. - Growth Path: Strong performance during the internship can lead to a full-time role.Ready to Apply?Send your CV and a link to your portfolio (Canva, Figma, PDF, or video links are all fine) to: Line: Application: Design & UX Intern – [Your Name]In your portfolio, we especially love to see examples where you’ve simplified complex information or designed for a specific, practical outcome.
