Greetings from TCS!!!TCS Mumbai hiring for Visual Designer !!!!!Role: Visual DesignerExperience required: 4 to 7 yearsLocation:- MumbaiRequired Technical Skillset:-- Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite's XD, Photoshop, and IllustratorMUST HAVE:-- Master's or Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Arts / Fine Arts / Similar. A bachelor's degree in an unrelated domain is also welcome provided he / she has required training and expertise on Visual Design. - At least 2-4 years of experience as a Visual Designer, or similar (Internship or academic project experience is a plus). - Advanced level proficiency in handling visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. - Experience of meeting strict deadlines - Excellent communication skillResponsibilities:-- Collaborate with teams to understand needs and create visual designs. - • Submit design concepts for team brainstorming and timely approval. - • Produce unique designs with colors, shapes, and typography that meets expectations. - • Support senior and junior designers in improving product visuals. - • Support in maintaining design consistency across projects and platforms. - • Convert approved concepts into high-quality visual designs using colors, typography, and layouts. - • Encourage mentees to achieve progress as needed. - • Research market trends, client feedback, and team ideas to inform designs. - • Join product strategy discussions with stakeholders.
