Job Title: Graphic DesignerLocation: DahisarExperience: 1-2 YearsAbout the role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in design studios or creative agencies, and a solid understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. You will work closely with the senior design team to create engaging designs for both digital and print media.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.- Support senior designers in executing creative concepts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product teams.- Adapt and resize existing creative assets for various platforms and formats.- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.- Take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- 1–2 years of experience working in a creative agency or design studio (internships count).- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print.- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.- Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.Preferred Skills:- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.- Familiarity with UI/UX principles.- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
