You will collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to achieve the perfect balance of aesthetics, functionality, and luxury.Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative design concepts for luxury residential and commercial spaces - Create mood boards, color palettes, sketches, material boards, and 3D visualizations - Lead junior designers throughout the conceptual design phase - Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and execution teams to refine and finalize concepts - Ensure all concepts align with client requirements, budgets, and project timelines - Maintain design consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverablesPreferred Skills & Experience- Well-travelled with strong exposure to high-end luxury projects - Experience working with HNI clients and handling premium residential or commercial portfolios - Knowledge of lighting design, high-end art curation, and luxe material selection - Strong visual presentation and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
