The company combines data, market intelligence, and on-ground expertise to help businesses find, evaluate, and secure the right workspaces efficiently.Key Responsibilities- Strengthen and consistently maintain the brand identity across all communication channels. - Design rich, intuitive experiences for customers across both digital and physical touchpoints. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute design-led campaigns and initiatives. - Develop scalable design templates and frameworks that enable teams across the organization to work efficiently and consistently. - Translate business and user requirements into visually compelling, functional design solutions.Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in visual, brand, or experience design (a strong portfolio is more important than years of experience). - A compelling portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving ability, visual design skills, and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with cross-functional teams. - A balanced design mindset that values both aesthetics and usability. - Ability to conceptualize and deliver design experiences that are meaningfully ahead of existing benchmarks.Bonus Skills- Prior experience with print design. - Exposure to video editing and/or animation.
