Role OverviewThe Senior Commercial Designer will lead design development for medium and large-scale commercial projects. The role requires a mix of creative direction, technical expertise, and strong project execution skills.Key Responsibilities• Lead concept development, space planning, and design detailing for commercial projects like offices and retails spaces• Oversee technical drawings, reflected ceiling plans, working details, and construction documents• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants to maintain design integrity• Prepare BOQs, quantity assessments, cost estimates, and material selections• Supervise on-site execution to ensure quality and adherence to design intent• Guide junior designers and ensure alignment with project goalsRequirements• 6 years of experience in commercial interior projects• Proven ability to deliver functional, aesthetic, and high-quality design solutions• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of current market rates, materials, finishes, and detailing techniques
