Senior Jewellery Designer

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior Jewellery Designer to join the Anayah team.This role is ideal for someone with a deep love for creating unique concepts and the ability to bring a brand’s aesthetic to life through statement jewellery that fuses the contemporary with the timeless. You will work closely with our Creative Directors to turn ideas into sculptural, show-stopping collections that reflect Anayah’s bold, refined, and elevated design philosophy.ResponsibilitiesDesign Innovation - Conceptualise and develop new collections that embody Anayah’s aesthetic bold, elegant, and culturally resonant balancing statement design with commercial viability.Creative Collaboration - Work in close partnership with Creative Directors from moodboarding through to seasonal range planning, contributing ideas, silhouettes, and creative input across the design process.Technical Design Execution - Create precise technical drawings, CADs, and full-scale specs using Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, and/or Matrix to ensure accurate design proportions and production-ready files.Material & Methodology Expertise - Apply strong technical knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes from casting and stone-setting to finishing to ensure smooth development and execution of all designs.Sampling Oversight - Liaise with CAD teams and production partners to guide prototypes from first draft to final sample, maintaining Anayah’s quality and aesthetic standards throughout.Trend Research & Innovation - Stay informed on global jewellery, fashion, and cultural trends to inform product innovation and ensure Anayah stays relevant, aspirational, and ahead of the curve.Design Asset Management - Maintain a clear and organised archive of all design files, specs, sample notes, and lookbooks to support ongoing development and interdepartmental collaboration.Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in jewellery or luxury accessory design, preferably within a premium or high-fashion environment. - Graduate degree in Jewellery Design, Product Design, or Jewellery Manufacturing from a reputed institution (e.g. NIFT, ISDI, GIA, Central Saint Martins, etc.).Technical Skills- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Rhino / Matrix CAD (mandatory). - Working knowledge of 3D printing tools and emerging technologies (preferred). - Strong freehand sketching, ideation, and visual storytelling abilities. - Expertise in material selection, stones, and intricate construction methods.Design & Work Ethic- High attention to detail and a deep understanding of design principles (balance, scale, silhouette). - Self-starter with excellent time management and project ownership. - Passionate, driven, and creatively inspired with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.To ApplyIf you’re a jewellery designer with bold ideas, technical excellence, and a passion for building modern heirlooms, we’d love to see your work.Please send your CV and portfolio to info@ with the subject line:Jewellery Designer Application – [Your Name]This description outlines the general responsibilities and skills required for the role and is not exhaustive.
