Location: Nariman Point, MumbaiWorking Days: 6 days/weekSalary (In-hand): ₹25,000–₹35,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Social-Media-first Graphic Designer who specialises in YouTube thumbnails, Instagram covers, and reel cover design.This is a high-speed, template-driven design role for someone who understands how visuals influence clicks, retention, and channel growth.Your primary design canvas will be Canva — so deep familiarity with Canva tools, templates, and workflow efficiency is essential. If you enjoy fast execution, clean design, and building visuals that get attention on mobile, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesYouTube (Major Focus)- Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails for daily news, interviews, and explainers - Maintain visual consistency across thumbnails - Work with the video + editorial teams to create fast, accurate turnarounds - Use Canva templates efficiently and create new variations when neededInstagram & Social Media- Design Instagram post covers, reel covers, and story templates - Support the team with static creatives for announcements, promos, and campaigns - Export multi-format creatives for different platforms (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)Brand & Assets- Manage a consistent visual identity across all platforms - Update and organise design templates inside Canva - Support with ad creatives, simple motion graphics, and basic retouching (optional but good to have)Must-Have Skills- Expert knowledge of Canva (mandatory) - Understanding of YouTube thumbnail psychology: contrast, faces, text hierarchy - Good sense of layout, typography, and mobile-first design - Speed + accuracy — ability to work on multiple thumbnails per day - Collaboration with editors, producers, and social media team - Ability to take feedback and iterate quicklyGood-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)- Basic Photoshop - Knowledge of news design aesthetics - Ability to propose new styles or design ideasWho You Are- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or social media design - You work well under deadlines - You enjoy template-based execution but can tweak creatively when required - You are comfortable working on-site at Nariman Point - You follow YouTubers, news channels, creators — and understand how thumbnails influence performance
