Job Title: Executive – Content Creation and Visual DesignLocation: MumbaiDepartment: Corporate Communications, Branding & EventsEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Executive – Content Creation and Visual Design to join the Air India SATS Corporate Communication, Branding & Events team. This role is pivotal in shaping how our brand communicates within the aviation ecosystem, where precision, clarity and relevance are key.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of niche B2B communication nuances, recognizing that mass-market communication and branding strategies often fall short in specialized industries. They will be responsible for crafting high-impact content and visuals that resonate with our stakeholders— employees, airlines, airport authorities, regulatory bodies, industry partners etc.—while maintaining brand consistency and professionalism.Operating in the fast-paced aviation sector, the candidate must be adept at managing tight deadlines and quick turnarounds without compromising quality. They should be a creative thinker with strong execution skills, capable of translating complex operational narratives into compelling visual and written formats that support business goals and enhance brand visibility.Responsibilities for Content Creation- Write or draft content for the company’s internal and external communications/promotional materials. The content should be consistent (with the company’s overall messaging), targeted and impactful. This includes company newsletters, newsflashes, CEO communications etc. Create promotional content/text for company’s social media strategy. This content includes creating static posts, carousel posts, short videos, emailers etc. using tools such as Canva, Figma, Evato etc. - Submit well-written and structured drafts pertaining to AISATS’ core business verticals within set deadlines for various internal and external comms. - Update existing content for the AISATS website and implement SEO practices to increase the website’s visibility. This includes the processing of requests to update the website. To ensure that the website contents are always updated, accurate, and present AISATS in the best possible light. - Monitor social media for posts/viral content that may impact AISATS. Provide assistance in capturing metrics for LinkedIn and the company Intranet, including creating relevant dashboards. - Create and maintain content calendar for internal comms and social media (primarily LinkedIn). - Use the latest strategies to enhance the company’s communication strategies for internal and external audiences. - Support senior management communication with speech writing, presentations and reports.Responsibilities for Visual Design- Create visually appealing designs for digital assets, presentations, infographics, brochures & other promotional materials and event collaterals in line with the company’s brand guidelines. - Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs. This includes assisting in brand audits to ensure inconsistencies are identified and corrected. - Work with external vendors/creative agencies for high-quality production (when needed). - Utilize the latest design trends and tools to enhance visual story telling.Responsibilities for Project Management- Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple content and design projects. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for collecting content, images, videos etc. to ensure smooth execution. - Liaise between internal teams (procurement, finance, business units etc.) and vendors to ensure creative briefs, invoices etc. are shared and closed in a timely manner. - Maintain a content calendar and design repository for easy access and tracking.Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, marketing or a related field. - 3 years of experience in content creation and visual design for corporate communications and brand marketing. - Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, Envato etc. - Excellent English writing, copyediting and proofreading skills (providing samples is highly encouraged). - Skilled in video editing and motion graphics (providing samples is highly encouraged). - Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
