Job Description:

This Graphic Designer position is an ON-SITE role, working from the office 5 days a week.You'll be well placed in our dynamic and friendly Marketing Team.Situated in the prestigious Silver Utopia Building, Chakala,Andheri East, Mumbai – 400099, MaharashtraThe Graphic Designer- Plays a central role in creating high quality visual assets for Ziksu’s marketing, branding, and communication needs. - Produces compelling and modern designs for social media, digital ads, website content, email campaigns, print material, and other brand touchpoints. - Understands digital-first creative requirements and applies strong visual storytelling to strengthen brand presence within the fintech/payments industry. - Works closely with the Marketing Team, Product Team, and Australian stakeholders to deliver consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned creative output. - Maintains brand integrity across all design work, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional execution. - Follows structured creative processes including concept creation, design development, reviews, revisions, and execution, as planned. - Stays updated on the latest trends in digital design, fintech aesthetics, and global creative practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant. - Demonstrates excellent communication (verbal & written) to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver relevant and targeted marketing concepts to the Australian market. - Works with ownership, accountability, and strong creative problem-solving to support high-quality output under tight deadlines.Requirements of the PositionThe incumbent is expected to:- Operate within Ziksu’s framework, policies, and procedures, ensuring effective transparency and accountability in all activity. - Display a well-developed knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework, standards, risk management and best practice methodologies relevant to financial compliance. - Support organizational change and continuous improvement by actively contributing to achieve Ziksu’s vision, mission, and prioritiesRole Specific Responsibilities- Design high-quality creative assets including:Social media posts, reels, and storiesDigital advertising creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.Website banners, UI visuals, and product-related graphicsEmail marketing visualsFlyers, posters, standees, and other print materials- Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints. - Understand platform-specific design guidelines, ratios, and best practices to optimize creative performance. - Collaborate with the Marketing & Product Teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts for campaigns. - Create visually compelling designs that align with financial sector communication standards and user expectations. - Translate complex product ideas into clear, simple, engaging visual communication. - Revise and refine creatives based on feedback, performance results, and campaign goals. - Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery. - Maintain organized design libraries, files, templates, and version history. - Stay updated on digital design trends, fintech branding styles, and emerging creative tools. - Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards, professional aesthetics, and business objectives. - Apply modern visual approaches to keep the brand fresh, innovative, and competitive.Qualifications & Experience- 3.5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital agency or fast-paced creative/marketing environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing:Social media creativesDigital ads and campaign designsWebsite/UI visualsEmailer graphicsBranding and marketing collateral- Proficiency in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesign- Strong knowledge of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and brand consistency. - Ability to transform brief and complex ideas into clean, engaging visual communication. - Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when coordinating with the Australian team. - Ability to handle multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work with accuracy. - Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice-to-Have:- Basic motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro) -
