Interior Designer

Responsibilities:On-site Execution:On site management of Interior design project for execution. Monitorand guide on project management and advise/allocate resources and staff. Well versed with reading, understanding, editing and maintaining Working Drawings to ensure efficient execution on site.Concept Briefs:Create feasibility studies and design briefs when necessary. Create and maintain a uniquematerial library (physical and digital) for interior and exterior applications. Produce detailed designconcepts, proposals, mood and materialboards.Stakeholder Management:Build high level relationship with senior management to establish future value creationby offering trusted advice. Establish a relationship with local and international vendorsto source materials and products.Delivery Timelines & Budget:Ensure successful delivery and completion of the projectwithin agreed timelines and budgets.Accountability:Conduct site visits and coordinate with on-site contractor team and consultants (structural designers, façade consultants, MEP consultants, lighting consultants, sustainability consultants etc). Strategize and communicate effectively to solvebusiness issues / needs. Beupdated on emergingtechnology platforms.Qualifications and skill-sets:Bachelors in Interior Designing. Masters in Interior Designing from an exceptional institute will be preferred. Degree in Architecture would be a plus. Preferred knowledge of 3-D modelling & rendering softwarelike Illustrator, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Lumion, V-ray or other related software. Proficient in using the drafting softwareAutoCad. Proven, robust work experience of8-15years with reputed firms, minimum 5 years in the luxury segment. Express high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people – contractors, architects, vendors. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
