Whether you’re leading a team or just starting your creative journey, if you’ve got the eye, the energy, and the edge — this one’s for you.Open Positions:Design Lead- Lead a team of designers and drive the creative direction for brands across digital, print, and motion. - Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns. - Ensure design consistency and high-quality output across projects. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating the design culture at Schbang.What We’re Looking For- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. - Passion for storytelling through visuals. - A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics. - For Design Lead: Prior experience managing creative teams and handling client communication.Preferred Education BackgroundCandidates from top design schools such as NIFT, SkillTech, Somaiya, ISDI, Pearl Academy, or TDV are preferred.
