And now, we’re looking for a Poster Designer who can make our visuals scream “scroll-stopping!” and turn every frame, poster, and promo into pure digital drama.Our Definition of A Poster DesignerThis isn’t your run-of-the-mill design job. We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can translate our stories, energy, and characters into eye-popping posters, thumbnails that dominate the digital feed. You’ll be the go-to creative hand behind the look and feel of India’s boldest new storytelling platform. You’ll work closely with our Producers, Directors, and Social Media Wizards to make sure every design tells a story before the video even begins...A Day In The Life of a Poster Designer @ Vertical TV !- Create posters, thumbnails, and promotional artwork for digital content. - Collaborate with creative, production, and social media teams to understand the visual requirements for each project. - Conceptualize and develop design ideas from start to final output. - Apply strong visual storytelling principles through color, composition, and typography. - Ensure all graphics meet brand standards and project objectives. - Manage multiple design assignments and deliver within deadlines.Qualifications:- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic/Poster Designer, preferably in entertainment, digital media, or related fields. - Strong portfolio showcasing poster design, digital campaigns, key art, or social media visuals. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with generative AI tools is a plus. - Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, color, and composition. - Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English. - Passion for visual design and a willingness to take creative ownership.Why Choose Vertical TV?- Collaborative and creative work culture focused on producing high-quality content. - Competitive compensation and room to grow. - Opportunities to work on innovative design projects. - Backed by reputable investors including Kae Capital, Venture Highway, DeVC, Misfit Capital, and others.
