Job Description- Instructional DesignerLocation: MumbaiCTC: up to 7 LPARole:- To transform training content: Existing & New across various platforms. - Align content with business objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines. - To create memorable learning experiences that engage and motivate learners. Whether it’s through gamification, adaptive learning, or interactive scenarios. - Write and develop content for a variety of platforms, Products & processes in the form of PPTs, Videos, Audio audiovisual capsules.Scope of Work:- In-depth research on industry trends, target audience, and competition to implement AI-based strategies, improving the quality of content & making it interactive for the target audience. - Interactive Solutions like Game-Based Learning & Gamification, Simulation/Scenario-Based Learning. - Blended learning Solutions like ILT & VILT-based training content. - Work with the cross-functional team to identify target audiences and develop tailored content strategies. - Brainstorm new content ideas and interactive modes to improve content engagement. - Review and revise content submitted by them & other team members. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, conciseness, and consistency in style and tone.Skills Required:- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Content creation tools such as Canva, in video, etc. - Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills. - Knowledge of AI-based content tools and best practices for content writing. - Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones. - Ability to meet deadlines and meet the pace of requirements. - Strong research skills and attention to detail.
