Job Title:Designer/Sr. Designer Location:Urmi Estate, Lower Parel Experience Required:1–2 years in a creative/design role within a digital or full-service agency Reports to:Associate Creative DirectorAbout the Role We’re looking for aDesignerto help shape digital-first creative work across campaigns, content, video, and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and craft—bringing visual ideas to life for brands in a connected, digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with writers, senior designers, and strategy partners to develop work that’s relevant, well-designed, and platform-aware.What You’ll Do Support art direction and design for digital campaigns and social-first content Translate briefs into concept-driven visual solutions Collaborate with writers, strategists, and business teams to ensure creative alignment Present work internally with clarity and openness to feedback Stay updated on digital design trends, tools, and formatsWhat You’ll Bring 1–2 years of experience in a creative/design role, ideally within a digital-first or integrated agency A portfolio that demonstrates digital-first thinking, visual craft, and platform understanding Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic After Effects or Premiere Pro skills are a plus Exposure to video-led content—storyboarding, visual treatments, thumbnails A structured, calm approach to handling multiple briefs and timelines UI/UX design familiarity is a bonus, but not essential
