This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts. Instead, you will: ·Curate aestheticsthat define how luxury brands show up online. ·Design moodboards and visual conceptsthat guide lifestyle photoshoots and content creation. ·Shape platform strategiesfor Instagram, YouTube, and beyond — ensuring each channel reflects both creativity and strategy. ·Craft a distinct tone of voicefor each brand, ensuring it resonates authentically with a luxury audience. In essence, you will be the one giving brands theirdigital identity— from how they look, to how they sound, to how they make audiences feel.Key Responsibilities ·Curate cohesive Instagram grids, reels, and storylines that capture the essence of luxury. ·Developmoodboards for lifestyle shoots and digital contentto inspire design and production teams. ·Conceptualize and executeplatform-specific strategies(Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to hospitality and lifestyle audiences. ·Define and maintain each brand’svisual identity and tone of voiceon social media. ·Collaborate with design, copy, and production teams to ensure content execution aligns with creative vision. ·Experiment with emerging content formats, filters, and storytelling tools while keeping aluxury lens . ·Craft social media calendars rooted innarrative, aesthetics, and strategy— not generic posting. ·Monitor performance analytics and translate them intocreative insights(what visuals, formats, and tones resonate with luxury audiences). ·Oversee ORM and ensure all community engagement reflects the brand’s refined tone.Key Skills & Qualifications ·3+ years of experience in social media content creation/curation, ideally inluxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. ·Strong aesthetic sensibility with a proven ability tocurate Instagram grids, reels, and visuals. ·Experience developingmoodboards and creative briefsfor shoots and campaigns. ·Deep understanding of platform dynamics — especially Instagram & YouTube — and how to leverage them for brand storytelling. ·Strong grasp ofluxury communication : tone, storytelling, and consumer psychology. ·Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and voice consistency. ·Background inphotography, design, or content strategyis strongly preferred. ·Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple luxury brands with precision. ·Bonus: Familiarity with art direction, photo/video production, or design tools.Why Join Us? ·Shape the digital identity of premium hospitality and lifestyle brands. ·Work with a creative, cross-functional team where your ideas lead execution. ·Explore the intersection ofstorytelling, aesthetics, and strategyevery day. ·Be part of an agency culture that values taste, refinement, and creative exploration.If you see social media as more than just posts — as a space tocreate narratives, curate aesthetics, and bring luxury to life online— we’d love to hear from you.
