The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in label and box design, mock-ups, and social media design. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging, assets, and social media design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Packaging Design: - Develop and design labels for various products. - Create mock-ups for product packaging. - Design innovative and functional box designs. - Conceptualize and execute ADD+ pack designs (e.g., spice mix packs, spray cards).Assets Design: - Design merchandise such as interactive game boards, giveaways, postcards, and more. - Create visually appealing designs for bar setups and related materials. - Develop collaterals for events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.Social Media: - Design engaging social media slates and stories for announcements and promotions. - Edit and enhance videos for social media platforms. - Edit and retouch photos to align with the brand's visual style.
