Create visuals for social media, websites, emails, presentations, and events while keeping the brand consistent. Design clean, modern graphics and simple motion videos; strong focus on minimalist style. Lead website UI/UX design work to make user-friendly and attractive digital experiences. Work closely with other internal stakeholders to bring business ideas to life through design Use AI tools to enhance design processes, create innovative content, and improve efficiency Stay updated with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-based design software, following current design trends.What all do we curate in content? LinkedIn Posts Newsletters, Blogs & Webinar Website UI/UX Case Studies, Reports, PPT Carousel / Infographics Interactive Content/Polls Summarize, repackage, and repurpose curated content for different platforms.What are the key requirements for the role? Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma In-depth understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices Good communication and collaboration skills
