Our team of designers, architects, and project managers collaborates to deliver personalized interiors with seamless execution — from concept to completion.We’re growing and looking for aJunior Interior Designerwho’s creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced design environment.Role Overview As a Junior Interior Designer at Hipcouch, you’ll assist senior designers in developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards. You’ll be exposed to both thecreativeandexecutionalsides of interior design, gaining experience across the full lifecycle of residential and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities Support the design team in developingconcepts, layouts, and mood boardsfor residential and commercial interiors. Create and updateAutoCAD drawings, 3D renders, and material boardsas per project requirements. Collaborate with senior designers to sourcefurniture, finishes, lighting, and decor elements . Assist inclient presentations , preparing design documentation, and incorporating feedback. Work withvendors, site supervisors, and contractorsto ensure design intent is executed accurately. Conductsite visits , take measurements, and track project progress. Stay updated withcurrent design trends, materials, and sustainable practices .Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma inInterior Design / Architecture . 1–3 yearsof experience in residential or commercial interior design. Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office . Strong sense ofaesthetics, detailing, and materials . Excellentcommunication and teamworkskills.
