Senior Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Seven Eleven Group Of Companies in Mira Bhayandar. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E to create stunning and functional spaces for our guests.Leadthe conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends Overseethe creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively Stayabreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects Overseeall aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion Collaboratewith project managers and other stakeholders to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project objectives Ensurethe highest standards of design quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design process Conductregular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Fostera collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to design solutions Collaboratewith external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of design concepts Buildand maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders Mustbe able to and Site visit & coordination on regular basis. Maintainstrong client relationships and seek opportunities for additional projects or services. Mustbe have knowledge of MS word/MS Excel /AutoCAD/Photoshop and Sketch up, BIM will be additional Sourceand select materials, furniture, and decorative items that align with the design vision and budget. Managethe project timeline, work with contractors, and ensure the design is implemented accurately. Developcost estimates for different design options and ensure the project stays within the client's budget. Createdetailed drawings, specifications, and other documentation for contractors and clients.QualificationsArchitecture and Construction Drawings expertise Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Strong attention to detail and creativity Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Excellent project management skills 15+ years experience in interior designing And execution Technical proficiency in AUTOCAD & other related software's, Project management Mumbai Based candidate only.
