Role: Mid-Level Interior designerWe are looking for aMid-Level designerwith4–6 years of professional experienceinresidential and commercial projects . The ideal candidate should bring strongdesign sensibility ,technical knowledge , and the ability to contribute meaningfully across project stages — from concept development to execution. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and presentconcept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings Prepare and reviewworking drawings, GFC sets, and interior detailing Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors fordesign intent and execution clarity Ensure compliance withbuilding codes, bye-laws, and municipal requirements Conductsite visitsand participate inclient presentations and meetings Guide and support junior architects and interns in design and detailing work Key RequirementsProficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design/drafting software(Revit knowledge is a plus) Strong grasp ofarchitectural detailing, construction methods, and materials Ability to balancedesign creativity with practical execution Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills Ability to work independently while being a team player Minimum QualificationB.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution Experience Required4–6 yearsof professional experience in architecture and interiors, especially inresidential and commercial projects
