Graphic Designer

Position: Senior Graphic DesignerLocation: OnsiteReporting To: Founder and Creative DirectorCompensation Structure1. Fixed Pay (Monthly): TBD depends on experience and portfolioCovers core responsibilities and deliverables.2. Variable Pay (Performance-based): TBD 5% - 7.5% of the project profit TBDBased on project quality, deadlines met, creativity, and client satisfaction. Variable componentto be disbursed quarterly or on project completion.Responsibilities• Design and develop creatives for digital, print, and branding campaigns.• Define and articulate the overall creative direction for campaigns, branding, andcommunication.• Translate/Create client briefs and business objectives into strong creative concepts.• Content research and creation for design requirements.• Ensure consistency with brand identity across platforms.• Lead, inspire, and mentor designers• Act as a creative point of contact• Oversee all creative deliverables (designs, campaigns, videos, brand collaterals) toensure high standards.• Balance creativity with strategy, deadlines, and budgets.• Quality Check and Approve final outputs before client delivery.• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
