Graphic Designer

We’re looking for an efficient graphic designer capable of being a visual storyteller and must carry a portfolio that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.Key Skills:- Must be fluent in brand and digital design - in order to execute promotional and commercial needs like logos, packaging, displays, banners, ads, motion graphics and brochures etc. - Must have the ability to conceptualise and interpret visual ideas that meet the company’s business goals. - Must be able to research and identify social media trends to improve the company’s design output and capabilities. - Must be an independent thinker, but also brainstorm and strategize with multiple stakeholders within the organisation to help create and deliver better web pages, newsletters, program and marketing collaterals. - Must be able to work in tandem with the creative team to constantly deliver optimised creative solutions across the brand’s multifaceted brand portfolio. The candidate must in particular be able to collaborate with copywriters, art services, web designers, marketing colleagues and creative directors. Must maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 2-4 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Portfolio of workThe preferred candidate must have between 2-4 years of work experience and would be expected to have expert knowledge in the latest design softwares and tools that help create and consolidate the company’s digital footprint - through well integrated layouts, design and visual edits.Only applications with an attached portfolio of work will be considered.
