Art Director

A leading Indian conglomerate is looking to hire an Art Director for their media business: Job Purpose: Seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead the visual identity of our magazine. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and supervising all visual elements across print and digital platforms to ensure a compelling, consistent, and premium reader experience. Job Responsibilities: Define and execute the overall design direction of the magazine, ensuring alignment with editorial objectives and brand positioning. Lead the development of layouts, covers, and visual assets for print and digital editions. Oversee photo shoots, illustrations, and commissioned artwork , ensuring creative output meets quality and brand standards. Supervise the end-to-end design process , including typography, imagery, and visual flow for optimal reader engagement. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver integrated creative solutions. Manage relationships with external creative partners such as photographers, illustrators, and freelance designers. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget , while maintaining high creative standards and Global compliance requirements of the brand. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the in-house design team Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices in editorial design and publishing innovation . BUDGET: Upto 25 lacs
