Learn more at: Role summary: Job Title: Colorist / DI – Films & Digital Content Location: Mumbai Total experience: 3+ yrs Role Overview We’re seeking a skilled and detail-driven Colorist / DI Specialist to join our post-production team. The ideal candidate has a strong command of color grading, color correction, and visual finishing for branded films, digital campaigns, and social-first content. This role is central to maintaining the visual identity and emotional tone of our projects — working closely with Directors, DOPs, and Editors to deliver cinematic, brand-aligned visuals that elevate storytelling. Key Responsibilities Color Grading & Correction Perform color grading and color correction for a wide range of content — including brand films, digital campaigns, fashion films, and social media assets. Develop looks that align with the creative brief, brand aesthetic, and director’s vision. Balance exposure, contrast, and color harmony while maintaining natural skin tones and visual consistency. Collaboration & Creative Alignment Collaborate with Directors, DOPs, Editors, and Creative Leads to refine the visual tone and texture of each project. Interpret creative references, LUTs, and visual treatments to bring the desired cinematic look to life. Participate in look development and grading sessions, ensuring feedback is executed efficiently. Workflow & Delivery Manage the DI pipeline from conforming, grading, and rendering to final master delivery. Ensure technical accuracy for various output formats including broadcast, OTT, web, and social media. Maintain organized project files, backups, and documentation across multiple deliverables. Handle multiple brand projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines and quality standards. Quality & Innovation Stay updated with color science trends, new LUTs, grading styles, and tools in the DI ecosystem. Troubleshoot visual or technical challenges during the post-production process. Maintain high-quality output that meets both creative and technical benchmarks. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3–5 years as a Colorist / DI Specialist , preferably in advertising, fashion, or branded content. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (primary). Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Deep understanding of color theory, light behavior, contrast, exposure, and dynamic range. Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or high-end commercial films is a plus. Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
