About the Role: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design creative visuals for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. Develop brand collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and infographics. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal. Create design layouts for advertisements, emailers, and other promotional materials. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative design solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
